If any machine is used for a long time, some problems will occur, so the product will be checked regularly. In order to avoid problems during use, our product power press will periodically do some checks. What are they? Let's take a brief look at it together.
1. Regularly check the tightening of the bolts of the die cylinder of the power press.
2. Check the tightening condition of the brake cylinder rod lock nut of the equipment and the wear of the brake band once a week.
3. Each shift should check the guide rail clearance of the power press and adjust the tightening.
4. Check the tightness of the mechanical equipment slider pressure plate bolts once a month.
5. Check the tightness of the lock nut and copper nut pressure plate once a week.
6. Check the spherical bearing clearance of the power press once every three months. If the clearance is too large, the sound will be loud when struck. Adjust the lock nut to adjust the spherical bearing clearance to about 0.5 mm.
